I will rejoice and be glad in your steadfast love, because you have seen my affliction; you have known the distress of my soul, and you have not delivered me into the hand of the enemy; you have set my feet in a broad place. —Psalm 31:7,8
God’s love isn’t a flickering flame of a candle easily blown out by the wind. It doesn’t change like a mood ring. Nor is it concerned if you hang with the in crowd.
God’s love makes you shout with joy. It settles your equilibrium regardless of how the day unfolds.
God’s love is tangible. It sees and responds to your troubles no matter how insignificant it may seem to others.
God’s love is true. He doesn’t back channel with your adversaries to aid their schemes against you.
God’s love guides you through life’s confusion and danger. He brings you along narrow paths on mountains’ edges into broad fields.
God’s love, is!
